Below, I have collected different types of meditations.
Meditation supports the mind to still so you can start getting in touch with the Essence of who you are. Essence is your CORE. This is the place in you where fear subsides, you are relaxed and you feel secure and grounded. This is the place in you that is firm, unshakeable and even present. This is the part of you that knows what is right for you and what isn’t. Being in touch with your Essence allows you to express yourself fully in every aspect of your life.

Some of these meditations are borrowed from others, some I have recorded myself. Please experiment with them and chose that one that supports you the most.
