Would you like to take part in playful and creative activities like artsy Gratitude journaling, healing Mandala-making, self-discovery adventures or daring art-explorations?
Hello and welcome. My name is Ildiko Kudlik. I call my work Spirit in Art because I believe in the transformative power of ART.
I am an artist, educator and a minister. I will support you to gain greater insight into your inner workings, so you can create a more fulfilling life for yourself and can connect with others easier. In my classes and workshops I use artistic and creative tools to make the journey more enjoyable. Developing self-awareness and soft skills is a must these days. I offer a fun approach. 🙂
Listen to my introduction to ART, Spirituality, Creativity and to the courses and programs I run.
In this video I talk about my interests and all the important aspects of my work. I give examples of why one type of ‘class’ or workshop works for someone but it does not work for everyone. With this talk, I would like to inspire you to take the time to find out what kind of ‘enrichment’ work truly helps you develop. I will also ask you to consider if ART, spirituality and creativity are something that you are naturally drawn to, and if not, would you be open to check them out.
It seems to me that we live in a serious and dramatic adult-world that does not allow much leeway for creative and playful activities. As mature adults, we must make sure that we and our loved ones are safe, healthy, cared and provided for. At the end of the day, we are tired and in need of rest. What about HAVING FUN, though? It is a well-known fact that LAUGHTER adds more to the quality of our life than eating or sleeping (both are rather enjoyable, though! 🙂 Making ART is one of the most relaxing, enriching and rewarding activities there is.
What will you gain by taking part in the programs I run?
- deeper connection with self and others (and the Divine if you choose to)
- a community of like-minded people where you will find opportunities to socialize and share
- great fun through interactive activities
- easygoing and playful attitude
- more resilience, open-mindedness and flexibility towards life’s challenges
- stronger creative muscles
- new knowledge and skills (it is not a requirement! 🙂
Playful-ART allows you to see the world again through the eye of a wonderous child.
SPIRIT IN ART
Below you can read more about what I mean by the enriching and healing power of the ARTS.
In each picture is a whole lifetime imprisoned, a whole lifetime of fears, doubts, hopes, and joys. What is the message of the competent artist? … To harmonize the whole is the task of art.
Wassily Kandinsky
Creativity comes from our deepest being – the part of our Spirit that yearns to create and experience joy.
Art is a form of nourishment (of consciousness, the spirit)
Susan Sontag
Throughout our lives we may feel broken, stuck, unheard, empty, angry, lost, apathetic and even depressed. Though these emotions are natural – they are also indicators that there is something more for you to experience. A calling from within, reminding you that you are so much more than you imagine.
ART smoothens the rough winds of your Life and enriches your Soul.
Over the years, I have experienced for myself, and witnessed in others, the magic of transformation that occurs when we bring our once unconscious yearnings into the light and bring ourselves into wholeness.

Creative expression is a tool to uncover your unconscious longings for the life you long for and deserve.
The spiritual life, to which art belongs and of which she is one of the mightiest elements, is a complicated but definite and easily definable movement forwards and upwards. This movement is the movement of experience. It may take different forms, but it holds at bottom to the same inner thought and purpose.
Wassily Kandinsky
I have supported participants through various forms of playful educational activities for many years: assisting deepening understanding, bringing awareness, expanding horizons and livening a fulfilling life.
Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once they grow up.
― Pablo Picasso
I warmly welcome my heart-centred and curious fellow travellers, who may be a little lost but ready to find harmony in oneness.
Through playful-art and creativity we can walk together toward awareness, joy and fulfilment.
The programs that I offer will remind you of your childlike innocence and how to find pleasure in the simplest artistic endevours. The main aims of these programs are for you to have fun, to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level while making careless art in great company.
I invite you to take a look around, check out the courses on offer and upcoming events at your leisure. I look forward to a time when our paths may cross in person.
