I have created this Class because I realized that it is my responsibility to be HAPPY.
I believe that everything is made up of energies. The kind of energy we pour into our life by our thoughts and emotions, the kind of Life will appear in front of our eyes. If you want a life that is abundant, joyful, healthy and happy life, this is the energy you need to put into it.
Gratitude allows me to embrace my life as it is because it helps me see my daily blessings.
The class consists of six modules. When you purchase the Class you gain access to all six modules. Each module addresses a different aspect of Gratitude and supports you to deepen your practise of expressing your Gratitude towards the blessings in your life.
This is a fun and practical class. You will do short meditations, watch fun videos, and listen to wonderful songs of Gratefulness as you create a piece of artwork related to what you feel grateful for in that moment.
“… find a Gratitude Journal, and open your mind up to just how helpful this simple practice may be on the path toward embracing your thankfulness. A Gratitude Journal is the practice of jotting down, each day, things that we are grateful for and allow us to become more present and aware.”Psychiatric Medical Care (source)
WEEKLY MEETINGS on Wednesdays @7pm CET/@1pm EST/ @6pm GMT
I run a support group meeting every week. During the meeting you can share your experiences with the Class and your own Gratitude Journaling Practise. Apart from chatting and having a ‘cuppa’ we draw, colour, listen to music … it is a social event.
Gratitude is the key to the door of an abundant life.
Gratefulness makes me feel good about myself and my life. When I am grateful, I know that I am doing the best I can and my life experiences are there with a reason. I allow that reason to be revealed to me by not judging my experiences or myself.
When I approach my life with gratefulness, I embrace my life without judging others, myself or my experiences. I keep the door open. I allow, I cooperate with, I embrace what is.
According to Psychiatric Medical Care (source)
Gratitude is more than just the feeling of thankfulness. Being thankful is the first step, and we have to have that initial feeling to build upon. We build upon it by redirecting our focus into making gratefulness an intrinsic part of our lives 365 days a year. Gratitude requires us to stay alert of the role of others in our lives.
The key is keeping gratitude at the forefront of our lives. It’s not just thinking about how thankful we are to have all that we have. It’s about living out that gratitude through the simple things we do every day. Gratitude is the manifestation of love, devotion and commitment … It encompasses shared experiences,…, and help us understand how connected we are to others.
