Gratitude is the key to the door of an abundant life!

Why create a Gratitude Journal?

I wonder if there are things that you would like to have more of in your life?

Expressing your Gratitude to what you already have is the fastest and easiest way to generate them!

So, I created the 6-modul self-directed Gratitude ART Journaling Course to support myself and others to create a daily gratitude practice.

I believe that everything is made up of energies. The kind of energy we pour into our life by our thoughts and emotions, the kind of Life will appear in front of our eyes. If you want a life that is abundant, joyful, healthy and happy life, this is the energy you need to put into it.

Gratitude allows me to embrace my life as it is because it helps me see my daily blessings.

The class is a self paced online class consisting of six modules. Each module addresses a different aspect of Gratitude and supports you to deepen your practice of expressing your Gratitude towards the blessings in your life.

A fun and practical course

        • Take part in short meditations – so to become more present and aware of the blessings of your life.
        • Watch fun videos on how others approach Gratitude.
        • Listen to wonderful songs to find inspiration for your journaling practice.
        • Create a piece of colorful artwork related to what you feel grateful for that day so to generate more of what your are thankful for in your life.

“… find a Gratitude Journal, and open your mind up to just how helpful this simple practice may be on the path toward embracing your thankfulness. A Gratitude Journal is the practice of jotting down, each day, things that we are grateful for and allow us to become more present and aware.”

Gratefulness makes me feel good about myself and my life. When I am grateful, I know that I am doing the best I can and my life experiences are there with a reason. I allow that reason to be revealed to me by not judging my experiences or myself. I embrace my life without judging others, myself or my experiences. I keep the door open. I allow, I cooperate, and I embrace what is.

Gratitude is more than just the feeling of thankfulness. Being thankful is the first step, and we have to have that initial feeling to build upon. We build upon it by redirecting our focus into making gratefulness an intrinsic part of our lives 365 days a year. Gratitude requires us to stay alert of the role of others in our lives.

The key is keeping gratitude at the forefront of our lives. It’s not just thinking about how thankful we are to have all that we have. It’s about living out that gratitude through the simple things we do every day. Gratitude is the manifestation of love, devotion and commitment … It encompasses shared experiences,…, and help us understand how connected we are to others.

… find a Gratitude Journal, and open your mind up to just how helpful this simple practice may be on the path toward embracing your thankfulness. A Gratitude Journal is the practice of jotting down, each day, things that we are grateful for and allow us to become more present and aware.
