Today, we are releasing Shame and embracing God’s Love for us.
Our Lent Booklet reminds us today that we all make mistakes or display wrong or foolish behaviour. In shame we keep the pain alive by berating ourselves for not measuring up to a certain standard. In order to move forward we must forgive ourselves and see the mistakes for what it is: learning. By loving thoughts and behaviour, that stem from my goodness, I support myself to move onto better decisions.
Today, I invite you to contemplate on Rule No34 and the quote below. Let me know how practicing releasing shame worked for you today.
